Full-time Job Duties: Implement end-to-end solutions using a three-tier architecture approach with Azure Synapse Analytics workspace. Create Synapse pipelines and notebooks to orchestrate data flow. Develop data ingestion and transformation solutions using PySpark technology. Utilize delta lake architecture for efficient ETL processes using delta tables. Ingest data from SAP ERP systems into Azure Synapse. Design data models using DataVault 2.0 for data warehousing to support different business units. Optimize Azure Synapse instances following best practices and recommendations from Microsoft. Collaborate with business analysts/product owners to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Troubleshoot data discrepancies and communicate with business stakeholders. Design and build SSIS packages to load data from SAP into Azure Synapse and Azure Data Lake. Provide consultation on best practices for implementing BI solutions in Azure. Participate in sprint planning and conduct retrospectives for completed sprints. Required Tools and Technologies: Azure Synapse Analytics, PySpark, Delta Lake Architecture, DataVault 2.0 (for data modeling), SAP ERP Systems (data integration), SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services), Azure Data Lake Storage.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering or Equivalent + 5 years of Experience in job offered or related. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted.
